EXPANDING VALUES CREATE OPTIMISM IN WOOL INDUSTRY

— By Telegraph — Copyright) .

Recd. June 21 London, June 20 The Yorkshire Observer says: "The wool industry revival is sufficiently general to suggest a common basis and a sound foundation. The Japanese threat to boycott the Empire's wool is incredible because such actj ion would jeopardise the huge ex1 pansion of Japan's wool industry. I Japan is dependent on Australia and New Zealand and is unlikely to obtain sufficient supplies elsewhere." The Yorkshire Post says: "There is no indication that the trade has yet seen the full extent of the wave of expanding wool values. There is no lack of confidence in the present position."
