Mr. H. P. Ford, chairman of the Rotorua County Council, has been appointed to represent the council at 1 fthe annual Council's Conference in Wellington in July. Mr. R. A. Singer, of Auckland, is spending a few days in Rotorua and is the guest of Dr. and Mrs. J. Campbell Duncan. Mi*. and Mrs. H. A. Black (Wellington), are staying at Brents' Bathgate House. Mr. and Mrs. Grapt and Mr. D'Ath (Wanganui) are staying at the Hotel Australia. Messrs. Westerly, Telson, Ward and Toombs (Auckland), are at the Palace Hotel. Mr. and Mrs. K. A. Murray (Auck- . land) , are at Brents' Bathgate House. Mr. Macllbride (Napier) , is at the Hotel Australia. Mr. T. Thompson, Mr. Eyne and Mr. 0. Winstone (Auckland), are staying at the Palace Hotel. Mr. S. W. Hawkins and Mr. J. P. Stafford (Sydney), are among those at Brents' Bathgate House.
