Awakeri, Tuesday. The,, Awakeri ScHbbl was completely destroyed hy fire at an eariy hour this morning. At' about "2 a'.m. "the headmaster (Mr. Osborne)' was'awakened by the smell of* smoke and' tfte crackling of the fire and looking out from his bedroom window saw, 'to'Kis consternation the whole of the school building in flames. ' * " * /" / Being in the country and with no water supply available nothing c'oiiid ]be dqne to check the flames and in a slidrt time the building was reduced to a pile of ruins.
