Napier, Tuesday. A remand for a fortnight was granted when Albert Lionel Bailey, soli'citor, 'was charged with fraudulently' omittifig to account f"or £17 10s therehy" committing theft. Bail was renewed in self £500 and two "sureties of £250 each".
