Article III. declares that the pai-ties agree to make j every effort to seccre the sraccess j of the Disarmament Conference. S Should questions particularly conj cerning them remain in suspense at j the conclusion of the conference, the j signatories reserve the right to rej examine them under the present | agreement with a view of ensuring a j solution through an appropriate chan- [ nel. j Article IV. provides for economic ! consultation. The agreement runs for ten years, and if not denounced before the end of eight years, will be indefinitely enforced, sub.iect to two years' notice of terminaticn. French official cireles welcome the pact.
