Foreman, boxer, emphatically denied allegations that his fight with Blay, not Delaney, was to be a crooked one, and to be terminated in the sixth round. Foreman also repudiated the allegations that he claimed a foul in the sixth round. The judge said he ruled the matter out as irrelevant, but considered that Foreman should have an opportunity of replying. ? The case stands partly heard.
