Rec. June 1, 8.0 p.m. ! New York, May 31. The American representatiyes to the World Economic Conference, including Senator Cardell Hull, who is head of the delegation, Senator Pitman, Representative S. McReynolds, Mr. Ralph Morrison, the noted agriculttiral autbority, 51 expert advisers and a corps of stenographers and journalists, sailed for England to-day. The other delegates, Senator Couzens, representing the Republicans, and Mr. James Cox will sail within a few days. The leading advisers include Mr. Rexford Togwell, assistant secretary of agriculture, Mr. James Warbourg, banker and Mr. Henry Morgenthau Senior, who is now in Germany representing the United States at the League Wheat Conference.
