TWO MEN KILLED IN FIVE-HUNDRED MILE EVENT

Indianopolis, May 30. Louie Meyer, driver, Huntingdon Park (California), to-day won the 500 mile automohile race from a field of forty-one starters. Meyer established a record in four hours 48 minutes. Mark Billman, Indianopolis (the driver) and C. L. Jordan (mechanic) , were killed when two ears crashed through the rails.
