APPLICATION FOR INJUNCTION DISMISSED BY COURT REASONS IN A WEEK

Rec. May 26, 8.50 p.m. Sydney, May 26. The Full Court unanimously refused the application for an injunction in regard to the referendum validity. The Court will give reasons next weelc. Mr. Loxton, K.C., intimated his intention of sending the case to the High Court of Australia, and asked the Government to continue the. in--terim injunction of May 19. Mr. Justice Harvey replied: "We •do not think that there is sufficient substance in your application to con^tinue it." His Honour then announcied that the Court unanimously dismissed the application for an injunction. "We will give our reasons in a /week," he said.
