Rec. May 26, 7. p.m. Tokio, May 25. Forest fires, fanned by strong winds have been raging in Saghalin area for three days without abating, sweeping immense areas and involving many villages. Hundreds have been trapped and surrounded by the flames. It is feared that there will be a heavy death roll.
