soviet's charges ALLEGES INTENTION TO SABOTAGE ON PART OF JAPAN TEARING UP RAILS

Rec. May 26, 7.10 p.m. London, May 26. The Times Riga correspondent says that the Soviet claims to have received authentic information that Japan has decided within few days'to isolate Vladivostock from Manchukuo, by blocking the Chinese. Eastern Railway, and removing rails. The Soviet adds that Japan falsely alleges as a pretext that'they violated the treaty rights when Russia seized the railway and rolling stock, and therefore Japan is compelled to prevent further departure of locomotives and wagons. The real object is to force down the market Value of the railway, which Japan hopes to acquire eheapiy.
