'• "People can be made to believe they are getting better and this helps tliem to get better," said Mr. Justice Ostler, in the Supreme Court this morning in his charge to the Grand Jury, when referring to a charge of manslaughter against a chiropractor, John Robert Yictor Hart. "It may be that this is a cause of the success of chiropfactic. I should ' be very surprised to hear that by malting adjustments on the spinal column any chiropractor can effect a cure for such diseases as typhoid 1 fever or pnenmonia." A true bill was returned.
