GRAND THEATRE
TO-NIGHT. Yon've heen waiting for a slashbang, shoot-'em-up, rip'-roaring Western of the good old days — with the greatest of all the cowpunching stars high in the saddle! Well, its' here, and Tom Mix and Universal have done the job — with a few thrills to hoot. The bullet-studded title is "Hidden Gold," and it's now at the Grand Theatre on a rip-tide of thundering hoofs, thudding boxing gloves, prison breaks, forest fires and two-gunned mix-nps. Tony has as much to do with the activity as usual, and blonde Judith Barrie makes the most romantically pictorial leading lady that red-blood-ed Mix has had in many a moon. Raymond Hatton, Eddie Grihbon, Donald Kirke and the fight-champ, Roy Moore, are -in the cast too.
