Elliot) regarding a possible restriction of imports of foreign dairy products a sharp advance in butter is announced. Danish is quoted at 96s. Choicest ,salted: New Zealand, 78s to 80s; Australian, 76s to 78s. Unsalted butter: AboUt 2s preimittm. Cheese, New Zealand, coloured, 53s to 54s; white, 46s to 48s; Australian, coloured, 50s; white, 46s to 47. The following are the quotations ruling at date, the rates for salted and unsalted butter being identical: .
