ANOTHER SECRETARY TO JOIN THE PARTY Wellington, Wednesday Dr. R. M. Campbell, private secretary to the Minister of Finance, has been attached to the World Conference delegation. Mrs. Forbes and Mrs. Masters will accompany their husbands to the economic conference.
