TAURANGA ACCLIMATISATION SOCIETY ANNUAL MEETING

The annual general meeting of the Tauranga Acclimatisation Society was held in the Parish Hall, Te Puke, on Friday "night there being about thirty members present. The election of officers for the coming season resulted as follows: — President, Mr. J. A. McKenzie; vice-presidents, Messrs. Harold Cuff, Knowles, and T. H. Hall; executive committee, Messrs. J. Brown, A. C. Hardy, W. G. Cruikshank, D. George, . G. Robbie, W. Pilcher, A. Snodgrass, A. S. Hynds and D. S. Neilson. At a meeting of the new executive committee, held at the conclusion o: the general meeting, Mr. W. J. Baig ent was re-elected auditor for th society, and Mr. P. Lumley was re elected secretary.
