PUBLIC NOTICES JJNEMPLOYMENT ACT 1930 UNEMPLOYMENT LEVY AND EMERGENCY CHARGE On 1st May, "1933, two payments of Unemployment Taxation will become due — namely, an instalment (5/-) of the General Unemployment Levy and the first instalment of the Emergency Unemployment Charge on Income> other than Salary or Wages for the year ended 31st March 1933, (a tax of one penny in each amount of one shilling and eightpence of such income) . In order that the latter charge may be assessed a declaration of such income must be furnished. If no "other income" has been derived a "nil" declaration is necessary.
