TERRIBLE FATE
SCALDED TO DEATH Rec. April 23, 7 p.m. Calcutta, April 23. Six -workers in a sugar factory in the United Provinces met a terrible fate when a huge cauldron, containing boiling molasses overturned on them, owing to the slipping of a supporting girder. Altogether 50 men were scalded, of whom six were overwhelmed' with the boiling mass and died immediately.
