CAMP AT OHOPE
PRESBYTERIAN BIBLE CLASSES ANNUAL GATHERING ' The fourth Easter Camp for the Ba.y of Plenty Preshyterian Bible Classes took place at Ohope Beach (Whakatane) on Thursday and was held for the first time on the new camp -site. j There were over one hundred and thirty boys and girls at the camp, the largest number of members being fi'om Opotiki. Mrs. T.- Steele (Opotiki) was mother of the camp, the 'Rev. D. N. McDairmid (Opotiki) father and president, while the Rev. J. A. Thompson, of St. Luke's Church Remuera, Auckland, was the visiting speaker. On Easter Saturday; the Bible Class sports were held, Whakatane for the fourth time in succession, winning the banner. „ Easter Sunday was reserved for services, and special "Study Circles" were held each moriiing. There was" an abundant supply of produce and cooked dairities supplied by members -of th'e Preshyterian Churches. The camp was closed on Easter Monday when the eampers returned to their different homes in the Bay.
