Sydney, April 15. The directors of Associated Newspapers, Limited, Sydney, have circularised shareholders urging the writ-ing-down of ordinary capital by £1,052,120 by a reduction of the face value of ordinary shares by ten shillings a share, but preferenee shares are to be untouehed.
