Following Moscow's consent to return the Chinese Eastern Railway rolling stock, except locomotives, the Manchukuo Government will present a note demanding unconditional return of the engines belonging to the railway. It is believed that if the Soviet call a strike on the railway or hedge in any way, Manchukuo will procee'd to seize the whole of the line in which Russia has a half share.
