"What is claimed to be one of the higgest police coups in connection with illicit drug traffic eyer effected, was achieved through the skill of a Turkish detective posing as an Ameriean tourist, living in the best hotels and spending £300, a month. Among those arrested' are leading business men, hotel proprietors, agents for British firms, a Greek actress and 80 of the gang's underlings. Four secret heroin factories were discovered capable of supplying a ton a month. The drug was exported by sea, air and land.
