COMMONWEALTH PREMIER Rec. April 9, 11.20 p.m. Canherra, April 9. The Prime Minister, Mr. J. A. Lyons, expressed disappointment at the result of the Westralian referendum. The people, he says, declined to listen to reason, and were determined to vent their feelings on the Eastern States.
