WORK ON NORTH IRELAND RAILWAYS TO RESUME

Rec. April 7. London, April 6. The unions and railway managers have agreed to a settlement of the Ulster strike subject to formal endorsement by the union executive. Work is expected to be resumed next week. The North Ireland railway strike has been in operation for several months. The opening stages were marked with much feeling, and repeated attempts were made at train wrecking, one of which succeeded.
