The boycott has generally lqst f orce owing to, the Jewish Sabbath. .Mapy shops were closed, and 2000 employe,es at Wertheim's stpre were idle un~ til they. were sent home. Storm troops surrounded. the Berlin BQurse and prevented Jews from entering. Pickets were generally pr.ominent.jn streets in front, of oflices of doctors and lawyers. Small shops were not molested.
