/Rieceived March 29, 10 p.m. Berlin, March 29. The 'Times correspondent at Berlin says that the Jewish hoycott is already widely operating in upper Silesia iand Ruhr. Storm troops are picketing all Jewish shops while all Jewish business houses in Schwerin were forced to close and. the proprietors compelled to pay employees two months wages.
