W. Wilkie; pre Dr. Hay; vice-presidents, Mess Roe land W. Pakes; captain, 8 La Trohe Hill, vice-captan, J( Walden; committee, Messrs G.] T. Kelly, E. Fenton, E. Barke Hamilton and A. V. P. Ford. Opening Day It was moved by Mr. Waltfe seconded by Mr. La Trobe Hill the official opening be held on 8, but on a'scertaining that this clash with the Hi'gh Sch'ool sports, Mr. Hill suggested that,i greens were ready, the opening be held on Saturday next. Mr. W. Pakes said that in vi the fact that Wednesday was i Day and the opening fixture s was a mixed foursome, Wob April 5 would he a suitable i open and he m'oved accordinglt, was seconded by Mr. Bhtler.
