CHILDREN'S PARTY
BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION. A mov-.t delightful little birthday party was given by Mrs. C. S. King for her small son, Milton, at her home in Pererika Street last Saturday afternoon. Floral decorations were daintily carried out in pink and blue asters, while streamers and balloons in the same colour scheme lent an air of jolly festivity around the tea table. Games and competitions filled ;a merry afternoon, the winners in the various novelties being Erima Bertram, Yvonne Hay and Paul Harvey. , Among the small guests present were: Misses Rosemary Herrold, Yvonne Hay, Erima Bertram, Diana Coleman, Margaret Roland, Wanda Sumner, Betty Fisher, Chiria Lee, Sheila Andrewes and Masters Milton King, Paul Harvey, John Sumner, Richard Paterson, Roger Coleman, j Malcolm Steele and Eric Winslade. ! i
