PLANE CARRIER
AT PORT ARTHUR Rec. March 1, 7.55 p.m. Peking, February 28. A London correspondent learns that the Japanese aeroplane carrier, Hosho, has arrived at Port Arthur. The presence of this vessel which has accommodation for 26 machines, strengthens the belief that the Japanese contemplate action against the North China coast.
