The Daily Express's Berlin eorrespondent states that the ex-Kaiser's wife, on a week's visit here, saw Herr von Papen, who is said to have assured Princess Hermione that he wTas doing eveaything in his power to bnng the ex-Kaiser baclc. Later she met Herr Hitler at a dinner party and he is said to have declared that much as he respected the House of Hohenzollern. and revered their deeds on hehalf of the Fatherlancl, he felt that the time for the restoration of the ex-Kaiser was not ripe.
