APPEAL DISMISSED
Dunedin, Friday. The appeal of A. E. EHis to the Dunedin District Committee against the month's suspension imposed on him by the Dunedin Jockey Cldb, was dismissed at the hearing to-day. In the Jockey Gluh Handicap at Dunedin on Saturday, Ellis, the rider of Cricket Bat, which ran third, was suspended for one month for crossing Red Racer who was unplaced.
