The Daily Telegraph political correspondent affirms that the new estimates for the navy, army and air force will show a total increase of some millions. It will Fe impossible to repeat the cut made. last year unless further naval disarmament is undertaken in this and succeeding years. The strength of the fleet will fall to a dangerously low level. The cost of the army will be higher by £1,000,000.
