(Rec. Feb. 13.) Vienna, February 12. Baron von Martens who was a noted figure in pre-war society committed suicide in a fioorhouse to which he and his wife were driven by destitution. The Baron during th'e war inherited a fortune of £12,000,000 all of which was dissipated in the war and subseqnen# crash in the value of securities. ^
