VISITOR ANNOYED
VISITOR FROM HELENSVILLE. ,
(To the Editor) Sir, — As a visitor to your town I can assure you I have enjoyed the weird, wonderful sights which this place affords and will talce away with me pleasant recolleetions of the hospitality of the Rotorua people. One incident rather marred this. On entering the town I stopped my car , near the Railway Station to get my bearings and instantly two or three boardinghouse touts descended on me pestering the life out of both my wife and myself. This was rather embarrassing and caused us no little annoyance, especially as they would not talce "-no" for an answer. I would suggest that these persistent gentlemen be barred from touting right on the front door of Rotorua. — I am, etc.,
