SERIOUS CHARGE
MAN STANDING TRIAL ON FIVE COUNTS AT DUNEDIN Dunedin, Tuesday. Leslie Vane Harvey was eharged in the Supreme Court to-day before Mr. Justice Kennedy on four eounts of indecent assult and one count of attempted indecent assult. The case stands partly heard and will be resumed to-morrow.
