Rec. Feb. 3, 10.5 p.m. Brisbane, February 3. Torrontial rain along the far north coast and on the tablelands rising up to 15 inches in 48 hours, has brought all creelcs and rivers up in flood and dislocated railway services. The higgest barrier to traffic between Cairns and Townsville on the main Brisbane Road, is the Tully River, which is five f eet over the railway line, and is still rising.
