FIVE THOUSAND RAILWAY MEN STOP WORK REDUCTIONS RESENTED

Rec. Jan. 31, 7.15 p.m. London, Jan. 31. A strike of 5000 railway men in northern Ireland commenced at midnight, though the Belfast operatives have not joined. The strikers resent the six per cent. reduction proposed by the Irish railway wages board.
