Neither will be overawed by the victory for both can appraise its true value. Unquestionably it makes a difference, but it does not lighten the difficulty which will soon erowd upon Mr. de Valera's Government if he seeks to change the existing Anglo-Free State economic political relations. Great Britain will demand to have her say and can say it with power.
