R. PAUL WINS ROTORUA CLUB HANDICAP SINGLES GAMES AGAINST AUSTRALIANS The club championship and handicap singles for Saturday players were continued by the Rotorua Bowling Club on Saturday afternoon. The results of the A Seetion play gave J. Brown and L. Duff a tie, necessitating a play-off which gave Brown the game hy 19 points against 10. In the B Seetion R. Paul was the winner, the game between himself and the seetion A winner also being won by him by 22 points to 19. Ywo rinks arranged between Rotorua players and members of the visiting Australian farmers party also proved interesting, the result being one game each for Rotorua and the visitors. Following are the detailed results of play. Championship Singles Mohi 22 beat Butt 15; Knaggs 19 beat Budd 14; Butt 21 beat Lindsay 16; Mohi 24 heat Lee 9; Knaggs 29 heat Queenin 19. Handicap Sinkles A Seetion: Brown (6) 24 heat Jenkins (6) 23; Duff (6) 26 heat Thompson (scr) 19; McElroy (7) 18 heat Jackson (6) 14.
