ATTRACTIVE PICTORIAL NUMBER There is much to interest all tastes in this week's issue of the New Zeaiand Sporting and Dramatic Review, every phase of topical events being pictorially treated in highly artistic manner. The re-building of Napier is portrayed in an exceedingly interesting series of events showing the carnival and other picturesque incidents of the week's celebrations.
