BAN LIFTED
Toldo, January 19. The police have lifted the ban on Communists." The arrests in October totalled '2000, including judges, professors, and others of the intelligentsia, and a larg*e number of women. Many of those arrested of both sexes belonged to prominent families. During last year the metropolitan police seized 7000 suspects. It is now claimed that Communism is destroyed.
