Rec. 'Jan. 18, O.U p.m. Berlin, January 18. The Adolf Rohrbach Aeroplane Company has designed a propellorless aeroplane which they claim will revolutionise aeronautics. The plane will rise and descend perpendicularly, stand still in the air and then turn in any direction. The machine will be propelled by rotation of its own wings, which consist of three paddles like a paddle steamer.
