MAN-MADE SLUMP
WORK IN MIDST OF JPLENTY. Th real truth ahout the slump is that it is man-made. In no other part of the animal kingdom does want manifest itself in the midst of plenty.The world's trouhles are man-made, and, as ecomonie and financial history ahundantly shows, there have been periods of world history such as the present which man has surmounted. This justifies the belief that the present depression can he cured hy man. The question is who shall put remedial measures in train or whether the economic blizzard shall be left to blow itself out? That the depression will end and the world prosper again is beyond al, doubt. It is only a question of time. How long that time may be depends upon what is done to correct the position.
