CONFEREN CE SHOULD DISCUSS INTER GOVERNMENT DEBTS Rugby, January 10. When the Committee of Experts which' is considering the economic and monetary matters to be placed before the World Conference resumed at Geneva, the Italian representative, Court Beneduce, expressed general approval of the proposal made by Sir Frederick Leith-Ross, economic adviser to the British Government, that the agenda of the conference should deal with inter-Governmental dehts, tariffs, inerease of price levels and monetary reconstructxon.
