The decision given hy the Judicial Committee of the Dargaville Racing Club on December 19 in connection with the running of the President's Handicap at Dargaville on December 3, was considered by the Auckland District Committee of the Now Zeat land Racing Conf erence, when...appeals which had been lodged/were considered.
