EXPERIMENTAL ACTIVITY TOWARD WORLD RECOVERY Rec. Dec. 30, 10 p.m. •*>. London, Dec. 30. The Times describes 1932 as a year of experimental activity. The paper says that there are really two continuous threads running through the whole British policy. The first is the determination to adapt the policy to the economics of the new age of abundance, and the second is to se--cure an international agreement upon ending- the chaotic financial and political arrangements between nations which are a menace., not only to economic recovery, but also to world peace. The British people are courageous enough to understand that the right road to recovery must be an arduous and a long journe-y.
