IMPERIAL AIRWAYS

Rugby, Dec. 28. The Imperial Airways' African route has heen operated with great success. Traffie during the past three months has increased by approximately 50 per cent. The air mail is flying with a reliability of 99 per cent. in the north ern sections of the African route and 100 per cent. in the south. Sir Eric Geddes, chairman of Imperial Airways, left London yesterday on a flying visit to stations on the London-Capetown air route. He will visit Rome en route to discuss with the Italian authorities questions arising out of the operation of international air services.
