Mrs. { i Reginald Fellows by her first husband j 1 the late Prince Jean de Broglie, was I married to Comte Alexandre de Casteja at the Town Hall of Neuilly (states the "Daily Mail"). .The witness for the bride was Iher st'epfather, the Hon. Reginald Fellowes, I while the Marquis de Casteja, uncle i of tha bridegroom, acted as a witness for his nephew. The first ceremony,. being merely the civil one required by ' the French law, was of a strictly private natufe, only mem- ' her^ of the two families being pre- \ sent.
