Rugby, Dec. 21. Answering a question in the House of Commons, Captain R. A. Eden (Under Secretary for Foreign Affairs), said Mr. Arthur Henderson, president of the Disarmament Conference, had accepted an invitation to attend any furtber meeting of the five Powei-s on the subject of disarmament.
