A special financial commlssion covering an enormous division of fronts, is threatening most worlcers with cessation of pay. Chaos is now prevailing. The people are wrecking Stalin's
plans for agricultural and industrial development. The newspaper, Pravda, says that high officials are criminally ignoring Government instructions and the rank and file are- absenting themselves from norlc, reducing productivity to a dangerously low level.
